Relocating to the Las Vegas and Henderson, NV Area

Las Vegas Sign

With over 2 million residents in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area, which includes towns, cities, and neighborhoods such as Henderson, Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, Anthem, Seven Hills, MacDonald Ranch, Summerlin, Lake Las Vegas, Southern Highlands, and Mountains Edge just to name a few, the Las Vegas Valley has become so much more than just a resort destination. The last decade has brought an exponential amount of growth to Southern Nevada, and the homes here have nearby amenities that few places on the planet can boast. No state income tax, little to no taxes on businesses, relatively low property taxes, one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation, and more sunshine than you can handle has made nearly 6,000 people per month agree that the Las Vegas area should be their new home.

Contact me for a tour of what Las Vegas and the surrounding communities has to offer. I am proud to show off our great city to our newest and future residents!
